1. Services Offered
‍Let's Build YOU offers career coaching services aimed at assisting individuals in their career development and achieving their professional goals. Through the use of tools and strategies, clients have an excellent record of landing jobs and advancing their careers. However, I cannot guarantee that you will land a job or promotion as a result of using my services. I cannot be responsible for changing market conditions or job posting changes.

2. Client Responsibilities
‍As a client, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about yourself to facilitate the coaching process. You are also responsible for your own decisions and actions regarding your career. The success of the coaching relationship depends on your active participation, openness, and willingness to take ownership of your career development.

3. Confidentiality
‍I respect the confidentiality of my clients and adhere to professional ethics and standards regarding client confidentiality. Any personal or professional information shared during coaching sessions will be kept strictly confidential, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or with your explicit consent.

4. Payment and Refunds
Payment for career coaching services is due as outlined in the agreement between the client and Let's Build YOU. I accept payment via electronic transfers or other agreed-upon methods.

Fees for consultation, information-gathering, and preparation of career documents are non-refundable as Let's Build YOU provides custom services for each client. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement or required by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property
‍All materials, resources, and content provided by Let's Build YOU during coaching sessions, workshops, or through my website are protected by intellectual property laws. These materials are for the personal and non-commercial use of the client only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use these materials for any other purpose without prior written permission from Let's Build YOU.

6. Limitation of Liability
‍I shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or in connection with the use of my career coaching services. While I strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, I make no guarantees regarding the outcomes or results of my coaching services.

7. Governing Law
‍These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Connecticut. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Connecticut.

8. Entire Agreement
‍These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the client and Let's Build YOU regarding the provision of career coaching services. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
